Website terms of use
They apply to anyone who visits vilmor.it and uses its content and calculator. Vilmor's service is governed only by a written agreement.
Last updated 13 October 2026. This is a translation: the Italian version prevails.
1. Who runs the website
The website is run by Vittorio Halfon, owner of the sole proprietorship trading under the name Vilmor, with registered office at Via Bartolomeo D'Alviano 24, 20146 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT no. 14871950961. To write to us: ciao@vilmor.it.
2. The website's content
Pages, articles, figures and sample messages are for information only. They describe the service in general and are not an offer: the features, timing and price of the service are only those agreed in writing.
Figures attributed to studies and external sources are reported with their source and apply to the context in which they were measured.
3. The examples on the pages
The website's images and animations show the AI employee and the Vilmor CRM with sample conversations, names, faces, times and figures. The people are made up and the faces are generated: they are not real customers or their conversations. The screens recreate the interface to explain how it works and may differ in the details from the one you will use.
4. The calculator and the estimate
The calculator estimates what the AI employee is worth for your business, using the numbers you enter. Here is the full calculation, as used by the English calculator.
What it measures
The estimate adds up two values: the customers you lose today because a lead gets no reply or gets one late, and the hours your team no longer spends replying and following up. The first is revenue, not profit; the second is working time, valued at its cost.
The formula
- Your current rate = customers per month ÷ leads per month. Customers can't be more than leads.
- Lost leads = leads per month × share of leads that get lost or go cold today.
- Estimate from customers = lost leads × your current rate × ½. Recovered leads had gone cold: we count them at half your rate.
- Estimate from leads = lost leads × reference rate, but never more than half of your current rate.
- Extra customers per month = the average of the two estimates, but never more than half of the customers you have today and never more than the leads that don't become customers today.
- Value of the extra customers = extra customers × average value of a customer.
- Hours freed up per month = hours per week × share of those hours handed over to the AI employee × 52 / 12.
- Value of the hours freed up = hours freed up × cost of an hour of work.
- Per month = value of the extra customers + value of the hours freed up. Per year = the monthly value × 12.
With the example numbers (100 leads a month, 30 customers, €500 per customer, 10 hours a week): rate 30 ÷ 100 = 30%; lost leads 100 × 20% = 20; estimate from customers 20 × 30% × ½ = 3; estimate from leads 20 × 15% = 3; average 3 extra customers a month, worth €1,500. Hours: 10 × 50% × 52/12 ≈ 21.7 a month, worth €572. In total about €2,072 a month, €24,864 a year.
The assumptions and where they come from
- Cost of an hour of work: €26.40. Labor cost in administrative and support services, average of the 27 European Union countries in 2025, according to Eurostat. It describes businesses with 10 or more employees: for yours it may be different. The Italian calculator uses the figure for Italy (€20.20).
- Leads that get lost or go cold today: 20%. Our assumption, one in five.
- Share of hours handed over to the AI employee: 50%. Our assumption, half.
- Rate of recovered leads: half of your current rate. Our assumption: a lead that had gone cold converts less than the others.
- Reference rate: 15%. Our assumption, used in the estimate from leads; if half of your current rate is lower, that applies instead.
- Cap: 50% of the customers you have today. Our assumption, so as not to promise increases that a general estimate can't support.
They are the same for everyone and can't be changed in the calculator: if they are different for your business, so is the result. While a field is empty the calculator uses the example value it shows in gray; for customers the example is 30% of leads.
What the estimate is worth
The calculator's results are indicative estimates, for information only. They depend on the numbers you enter and on the general assumptions described above, and don't take the specific situation of your business into account.
They are not a forecast of your results, nor an offer, a promise or a guarantee from Vilmor, and they have no contractual value. They don't include Vilmor's price, which depends on what we set up. The terms of the service are only those agreed in writing.
Your numbers
The calculation runs in your browser: the values you enter never reach us and are not saved. We only measure which fields you change and a range for the result, together with the other usage statistics of the website (see the privacy policy).
5. Brand and content
The Vilmor name and brand, and the website's text, images and animations, belong to Vilmor. Reusing them requires our written permission; quoting a page with its link is fine.
6. Updates
We may update these terms when the website or the calculator changes. The date at the top shows the version in force.
