The AI employee that takes every couple from first message to visit.
For venues, villas and caterers. It replies to leads even on the weekends you're at an event, gives the starting prices you set and books the visit or the tasting. So more date requests turn into events.

From the date request to the deposit, no couple left waiting.
- 01
The date request
Anyone asking if a date is free gets a reply straight away, on the channel they wrote from, with the questions that matter: date, guests, budget.
Replies straight away - 02
The visit
It gives the starting prices you set, then offers two time slots to see the venue or for the tasting, and reminds them the day before.
Books into your calendar - 03
The date
It only confirms the date if your date calendar is in the CRM. Otherwise it says it will check and hands it to you: a date given as free that's already taken never happens.
Hands over to a person - 04
The proposal
After the visit the proposal arrives in the chat, and the couple accepts it on their phone.
Quotes and e-signature - 05
The silence
If the couple goes quiet after the price list or the proposal, it follows up with a single question. It stops at the first no.
Follows up when people go quiet - 06
Deposit and payments
Once they confirm, it sends the deposit details and reminds them of the payments on the dates you set. After the event it asks for a review.
Takes payment with a link
A date request, a visit on the calendar.
It's Friday night and you're at a reception. The couple writes to several venues: the AI employee replies straight away, gives starting prices and suggests a visit.
Hi! Do you have June 12 next year available? We'd be about 120. Roughly how much would it be?
Hi, I'm the venue's AI employee. June 12 shows as available on the calendar! With the full menu it starts at €130 per person, room included: I'll send you the price list. Would you like to come and see the room?
Yes! Could we come on a Saturday?
Of course: this Saturday at 11am or 3:30pm?
11am.
Done: Saturday at 11am. I'll send you the location and a reminder on Friday.
The months that decide your season.
After the bridal fairs
A whole year of requests arrives in a few weeks: it replies to every one, the same day.
Event weekends
On Saturdays you're in the room: it replies to the weekend's leads, and on Monday you find the visits on the calendar.
Dates still open
It offers the dates still open, or a weekday, to couples who asked for a Saturday that was already taken, if they opted in.
What changes, line by line.

Frequently asked questions
01What about requests from wedding directories?
They arrive by email or in the directory's app. During setup we check on a real request whether the reply reaches the couple: if it does, it follows up; if not, it alerts you and drafts the reply. We don't promise more than that.
02Does it confirm dates for me?
Only if your date calendar is in the Vilmor CRM. Otherwise it collects the request and hands it to you.
03Couples want to talk to me.
Visits and the proposal stay yours. The AI employee covers the hours you're not there and brings the couple to the meeting.
04Does it quote prices?
Yes, the ones you set: the starting price per person, the price list, the packages. The custom proposal stays yours.
05Does it work for photographers and wedding planners too?
It works for anyone who gets date and quote requests, but it pays off most where a contract is worth a lot: venues, villas and caterers.
06Is it a CRM for wedding venues and caterers?
Yes: the Vilmor CRM keeps date requests, visits and couples in one place, and the AI employee works inside it. Menus, event sheets and suppliers stay in the software you use today.
07Is it catering and banqueting management software?
No. Menus, event sheets, supplier orders and invoices stay in your software: the AI employee follows up with couples in the Vilmor CRM, alongside it.
08How much does it cost?
It depends on how many tasks you switch on. We share the price on a call, once we understand what you need and before you commit to anything. The plan
